The Hot Box Sauna

Overview

Start your day the Finnish way with a relaxing detox in a repurposed boat house along the River Barrow. The Hot Box Sauna was created by best friends trio Dan, Luke and Liam to bring communities together in scenic locations around Ireland. Spend 45 minutes jumping between the chilly river, which acts as a natural plunge pool and the hot sauna. The session lengths allow for usually 3 or 4 rounds of sauna/plunges but it entirely depends on the person! Tailor your experience to your cold and heat tolerance. A perfect year round activity!
