With trails between Monasterevin and New Ross it is possible to paddle for up to six days passing through beautiful countryside, villages, towns and historical sites.

When planning your canoe trip itinerary there are a few things to bear in mind. All customers will transport themselves to the starting point beside the river, where the instructors will meet you and give a brief introduction. This is followed by a demonstration and safety talk and then for a further 15 minutes or so the instructors will bring you through the basic strokes in an area of calm, sheltered, flat water. After that the real adventure begins. All gear will be ready and waiting from the starting point. All canoeing gear is supplied.
